Michael J.Kirila, Jr.
Owner/Funeral Director

Michael J. Kirila Jr., Owner and Director of the Vaschak-Kirila and Kirila Funeral Home, attended Youngstown State University, and was a 1977 Graduate of Cincinnatti Institute of Mortuary Science. He has been a Licensed Embalmer and Funeral Director in Ohio since 1978.

Anthony J. Quahliero Jr.
Funeral Director/Manager

Anthony J. Quahliero Jr. attended Westminister College and Slippery Rock State University & graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He is active in several community groups, including the Rotary Club, Wolves Club, Maennechor Club and the Struthers Knights of Columbus. He is also active with area emergency management agencies and the coroners office in Mahoning and surrounding counties. He is the administrative officer for the Ohio Funeral Directors Mortuary Response Team for this area.

Linda Monk
Administrative Secretary

Linda holds the position of Administrative Secretary. Linda has much experience working with families. She produces all the paperwork and printed materials for each service and serves as the main support person to our funeral directors. When you call Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, Linda will most likely answer the phone with a friendly voice and offer of assistance. She has always felt joy in caring for people and she continues to care for families, assisting and guiding them during their time of need.
Linda is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Austintown, where she is proud to be a Eucharistic Minister and Lector. She is also involved with Compassionate Friends, a support group for bereaved parents, following the death of her son Nicholas. She is a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Post 3298.
She is happily married to Ron, has two children, Heidi and Andrew, and three beautiful granddaughters, Cameron Leigh, Madelyn Rose and MacKenzie Nicole.
