Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 21st at 10:30am at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, Inc. and 11:00am at St. Christine's Church for Jo Ann DeAngelo, 77, who passed away on Saturday, July 16th. She was born December 15, 1938 in Youngstown, Ohio , daughter of Joseph Camardo and Ann Blazek.
Jo Ann was a graduate of East High School and worked for an Accountant, a Teamsters Union, worked at Kroger and was a Homemaker. She was a member of St. Christine Church and was in Various social clubs at Marion Living Center. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are a sister; Barbara ( Robert) Tovarnak of Campbell, two sons; Mark (Sandi) DeAngelo of Boardman, Michael (Danielle) DeAngelo of Naples, Florida, a daughter; Sharon DeAngelo of Canfield, two sister-in-laws; Carole Baker and Barbara D'Angelo. She also leaves seven grandchildren; Chad (Alyssa), Chelsea, Philip, Samantha, Alysia, A.J. and Aaron, and three great-grandchildren; Maximus, Dominic and Delaney.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; James Anthoney DeAngelo, whom she married August 1st, 1959, a brother Robert (Rosemary) Camardo.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 20th from 4 to 7pm at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., Youngstown, Ohio.
