Welcome to the memorial page for

Margaret Dillon

March 10, 1957 ~ January 1, 2017 (age 59) 59 Years Old

Heaven gained another beautiful angel when Margaret Ann Dillon passed away on Sunday January 1st at the Cleveland Clinic.
Margaret was born March 10, 1957 in Youngstown, Ohio, daughter of Joseph Wrona and Mary Elizabeth Burley Wrona
she was a graduate of Chaney High School and worked in sales at Things Remembered in North Jackson.
Margaret enjoyed decorating and had a natural gift for creating a warm, inviting home for her husband, Matt and their beloved dog, Charlie. Charlie was a Christmas gift from Matt to Margaret in 2008.
Margaret lovingly cared for her mother, the late Mary Elizabeth Wrona, in the last weeks of her life in late 2015. Margaret made a beautiful, warm room in her home filling it with comfort, family pictures and special memories, giving her mother the gift of dignity and love in her final days.
Margaret cherished family and time spent with loved ones most. Growing up she enjoyed family vacations on the beach and camping on Assateague Island, Maryland. She loved her children and her grandchildren and spent time celebrating birthdays, holidays and special outings with each of them. She often had her grandchildren spend the weekend taking them swimming, going to parks and teaching them to cook and grill. The holidays were always made memorable for Margaret's family. She loved giving the perfect gifts to everyone. Handmade blankets and gifts for her grandchildren, priceless, memorable gifts for her sisters, and mother-in-law, stockings she made and filled for everyone as well as homemade cookies and candy for all her nieces and nephews. Margaret had a way of making everything special. She put others first with no expectations. A beautiful soul is how she will forever be remembered.
Surviving are her husband, Matt Dillon, whom she married April 9, 2007, two sons, Matthew (Brandy) Dillon of Randolph, Kenny Underwood of Alliance, a daughter, Carey (Frank) Fogleman of Ellicott City, MD, a brother, Tim Wrona (Julie) of Austintown, two sisters, Mary Jo (Larry) Sheets of Austintown and Beth (Dave) McGuire of Austintown, mother-in-law Linda (Dave) Solmen of Deerfield and Carole Dillon of Louisville, Ohio and nine grandchildren, Tyler, Dalton, Preston, Nicholas, Cheyenne, Zoey, Marley, Aria and Piper.
