Anne was born October 20, 1925, in Youngstown, Ohio, daughter of Christina (Matus) Polak and Matthew Polak. She was a lifetime resident of Youngstown, the city she loved, graduated from South High School and grew up on that side of town.Anne married Thomas Nackino, the love of her life, until he was taken away from her in 1994 at the age of 68. She was a member of St. Christine's Parish and St. Cyril and Methodius. Anne worked as a teller for the Dollar Bank, for Dr. Ventresco and for National City Bank. She loved her family and created a wonderful home for her husband Tom and her two daughters, Daryle and Davene. Gathering at her home on Sunday and holidays became a tradition for all family members, aunts, uncles and cousins. She surrounded herself with loving friends, attended card clubs, enjoyed dancing, shopping and was a wonderful cook. There are no words to describe what a good example she set for how to raise a family. Her consistent love and generosity of her time will be sadly missed by her two loving daughters, Daryle (Dennis) Moore and Davene (James) Yankle. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Tom, her sister Mary Polak, and her brothers George and Matthew Polak. She will be remembered as loving her six grandchildren with all of her heart; Whitney (Jeffrey) Accursi, Taylor Moore, Kristian Moore, Dylan Yankle, Chandler Yankle and Spencer Yankle.. Friends will be received Friday, August 31, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at St Christines's Church.
