Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 11:00 am at Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, Youngstown for Phillip F Iannucci, Jr., who passed away October 18, 2018. He was born September 29, 1943 in Youngstown, OH to Phillip and Vera (D'Amico) Iannucci. Phil was a U.S. Army Veteran. He retired from General Motors Lordstown Plant in 2003 after 33 years. He was a member of the UAW local 1112 and was a Quality Network Representative for the union. Phil was an avid fisherman and hunter most of his life. He proudly obtained his license from the United States Coast Guard to operate passenger carrying vessels upon the Great Lakes. He participated in many UAW Walleythons, and enjoyed traveling with his buddies to Canada for yearly fishing trips. He also enjoyed vacationing with his family, cooking, and watching football on TV. Phil was kind-hearted and loved by all those that knew him. His family was the center of his life. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and would make them laugh like no other. Phil is survived by his daughters, Ashlee Iannucci of Youngstown and Dominique Iannucci of Austintown; sister, Diane Dunstan of Connellsville, PA; grandchildren, Gabriella, Josh and Layla Cayson and Ramone Peterson; and his ex-wife and lifelong friend Debbie Lesko. He also leaves another daughter Carrie. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Thomas Iannucci.
Friends will be received on Sunday,October 21, 2018 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home.
