Dale M Evanski

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 10:00am at St. Michael Church in Canfield  for Dale M. Evanski, 72, who passed away on May 1, 2019. Dale was born  in Youngstown on January 6, 1947, a son of  Michael  and Helen Mazur Evanski . He was a graduate of Campbell High School and Youngstown State University. He attended mass at St. Michael Church and worked as a social worker at the Mahoning County Department of Human Services for thirty years. Surviving are his sister in law, Maureen Evanski of New Hope, PA;  his cousin, Kathy Prasad of Canfield, both who cared for him; and several  nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dr. Phillip Evanski. Friends will be received  on Tuesday,  May 7, 2019  from 9:00 to 10:00am at the church, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the activity fund at Hampton Woods, 1525 E. Western Reserve Rd., Poland, Ohio 44514. The family would like to thank the staff of Hampton Woods Assisted Living and Hampton Woods Nursing Center for the exceptional care and love they gave Dale.
