Gloria L. Shick

Funeral services will be held on  Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on New Road in Austintown,  for Gloria L. Shick, 88, who passed away on January 9, 2019.  Gloria was born  in Lowellville, on September 5, 1930, a daughter of  James Rotz and Mary Smarrelli. She was a graduate of Lowellville High School.  She attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church where she was a member of  the Ladies Guild and the Garden Club. She was also a member of the Garden Forum with Mill Creek Park. She worked in the gift shop of Fellow's Riverside Gardens. Surviving are  two daughters, Brenda Shick of Vermilion, Oh and Susan (Greg) Augustine of Massillon, Oh; one sister, Shirley Liga of Boardman; and three grandchildren, Aric (Kristi) Augustine, Mariel Augustine and Neil Augustine. She was preceded in death by her husband, FLoyd E. Shick, whom she married June 4, 1955. Friends will be received  on January 12th  from 9:00 to 10:00 am at the church.
