Jennie Bretfelian

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 10:30 am at Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church  for Jennie Bretfelian, 98, formerly of Boardman, who passed away on February 12, 2019. Jennie was born  in Zelienople, PA, a daughter of John Mosora and Verona Kalaman. She attended Brookfield High School and belonged to Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. Jennie was a beloved homemaker. Surviving are one daughter, Virginia (Gary) Williams of Hudson; twin granddaughters, Amy (Jeremy) Gray and Emily Bretfelian; one great grandson, Joshua Gray;  one sister, Emily Tice of Brookfield; two sisters in law,  Shirley and Helen Mosora; many nieces and nephews, including her niece and Godchild, Eleanor Perry; and Aurelia Simon of Boardman, long time friend and Godmother of her son Daniel. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dan Bretfelian, whom she married in 1939; one son, Daniel; three brothers, John, Pete, and Paul Mosora; and three sisters, Lena Schell, Betty Ulan and Mary Knepshield. Friends will be received on Friday, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the church.
