Katherine Jones

A private memorial service will be held at a later date for Katherine  Jones, 96, who passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. Katherine was born May 18, 1922, in Youngstown, a daughter of  Galleni Lenefonte and Mary (Virgalito) Lenefonte. She was a graduate of Rayen High School and was a former member of St. Stephen's Church in Niles. She worked as a quality inspector for Parkard Electric, retiring in May 1985.  Katherine is survived by her daughter, Patti Kubas of Youngstown; her sister, Rose Rakocy of Poland; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence Jones; brother, Joe Lenefonte; sister, Teresa Kunovich; and son-in-law, David Kubas. The family would like to extend our gratitude to all of the staff at Omni West for their attentiveness and loving care, to Hospice of the Valley, and to Dr. Ted Faull.
