Kathleen A. Rozzi Duncan, 71, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loved ones after a courageous yearlong battle with cancer.  She was born on October 23, 1954 in Youngstown, Ohio to Victor and Kathryn DeGennaro Rozzi.
Kathleen grew up in Youngstown, Ohio graduating from Chaney High School in 1972.  Kathleen worked for Austinwoods for forty-two years as a receptionist until retiring.  She loved her job and all of her co-workers and friends she met along the way.  
Kathleen married Paul Duncan in 1975.  They were happily married for 51 years.  She loved to vacation with Paul to Florida, Mexico, and Hilton Head including her best friends Gary and Jan Hall.  When she wanted quiet time, she would read her beloved mystery books.
Kathleen is survived by her husband Paul Duncan of Youngstown, Ohio; her son Paul Duncan, Jr. (Carrie); grandsons, Matthew and Andrew of Columbus, Ohio; and her brother Pete Rozzi of Austintown, Ohio.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents Victor and Kathryn Rozzi, Sr. and her brother Victor Rozzi, Jr.
Per Kathleen's wishes there will be no calling hours or services.
