Margaret passed away on January 12, 2025 at her home. She was born on November 17, 1929 to Joseph and Irene Metro.
Preceding her in death was her husband George who she married on April 26, 1952 and her son George. She is survived by her son Joseph of Girard, two granddaughters whom she adored Jami and Andy Craft and also Kristi Maruschak..
Officiating was Fr.. John Welch of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church where Margaret was a member
Margaret was laid to rest at the parish cemetery. She had requested no calling hours and private services. Arrangements for the family were handled by Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home in Youngstown, Ohio.
