Robert W. Davis

BOARDMAN — Robert W. Davis, "Bob", 84, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Hospice of the Valley in Boardman, Ohio.

Bob was born Dec. 24, 1940, in Youngstown, to parents Robert Davis and Vera Davis (Grindle).

He was a graduate of Chaney High School Class of 1958 and was in  the The United States Navy from 1959-1963, receiving honorable discharge.

He married the love of his life, Judy Kulik, on Sept 7, 1963, and together raised two children. 

He achieved his Bachelor Degree from Youngstown State University and worked in the steel industry for many years.  He rounded out his working years at Boardman Township, working as a payroll clerk.

He was a member of Western Reserve United Methodist Church and enjoyed landscaping/gardening, old cars, playing golf, and socializing with friends and family.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and wife.  He is survived by: a son, Robert A. Davis of Youngstown; a daughter, Jill Davis of Youngstown; a sister, Kathy Fedorchak (Davis) of Atlanta, Georgia; three sisters-in-law; Margaret Kale (Kulik) of Warren, Ann Reda (Kulik) of Youngstown and Andrea Hrycyk (Kulik) of Michigan; and several nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him.

A Memorial service is planned for Saturday, April 5 at the Western Reserve United Methodist Church.  Condolences from 10-11, service at 1100, with a reception immediately following.
