Roni Brinsey

Roni Marie Brinsey, age 67, passed away peacefully after a long fight with terminal illness, Monday night October 28th in her daughter’s home. Roni was born December 12,1956 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Ronald Pugh and Murial Schwartz. She was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. In her last years, she loved spending her time going on cruises, traveling, spending time with her precious grand babies, her children and her two pets. Roni reunited with her beloved husband of 36 years, married November 24th, 1982; Melvin J. Brinsey Sr. Together they had a mix of 7 children; Darin Brinsey, of Toledo, Oh. Robin Harris( Brian) of Youngstown,Oh, Dominique Brinsey (Edward) of Campbell, Oh; Jony Pence of Maumee, Ohio, Melvin Brinsey Jr. of Cleveland, Oh, Michael Brinsey (Gina) of New Middletown, Patricia Kostelnak (John Underwood) of Lowellville, Roni also leaves behind many grandchildren (Jony)- Jon, Rich and Kia, (Mel Jr.)- Jon and Matthew, (Michael)- Emily and Christina, (Patricia)- John, Nicholas, Anthony and Teagan, (Darin)- Tyler, (Robin)- Benjamin, (Dominique)- Kynslee and Paislee and several great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by two grandsons, Eric and Dominic; one brother, Dennis Pugh; one sister, Wanda Kaluza.
