Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12th at 11:00am at St. Josephs Church for Barbara A Tomecek, 87, who passed away on Sunday, August 7th. She was born November 7, 1928  in Allisia, PA, daughter of John Bukowski and Mary Roskovinsky. She was a Homemaker and a member at St. Joseph Church
Surviving are a sister; Anna Mae Bukowski of Monesson, PA, three sons; Joseph Tomecek, Frank Tomecek, and Stanley Tomecek, all of Austintown, two daughters; Mary Ann Maxam of Austintown, and Suzanne (John) Podgorski of Austintown, three Grandchildren and 6 Great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Joseph F. Tomecek, whom she married November 15, 1952, a son; Michael, Seven brothers; Andrew, Michael, John, George, Pete, Steve, and Joseph, and two sisters; Mary Burns and Agnes Smith.
Friends will be received on Thursday, August 11th from 5 to 7pm at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., Youngstown, Ohio.
