Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 29th at 9:30am at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home and at 10:00am at St. Christine's Church for Carmel M Pondillo, 67, who passed away on Monday.

she was born July 16, 1948 in Hubbard, OH, daughter of Mike Patrick and Bridget Marciano.

she was a graduate of Hubbard High School and went on to work as a Scheduler at St. Elizabeth Hospital for over 40 years. She was a member of St. Christine's Church and also worked St. Christine's Bereavement lunches, Volunteered at Hospice, was involved as a breast care association and chairman of the Heart Association.

Surviving are her Husband; Frank Pondillo, whom she married April 26, 1969, two daughters; Traci (Steve) Pecchia of Canfield and Kelly (Steven) Carroll of San Antonio, Florida. She also leaves a brother; Mike Patrick of Hubbard, A sister; Patricia Smith of Boardman, two granddaughters; Gabriella Pecchia and Emma Grace Carroll and too many friends to mention.

she was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister; Connie Abbott.

Friends will be received Thursday, January 28th from 4 to 7pm at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., Youngstown, Ohio.
