John, Rob and families. I am sorry about your loss. I have fond memories of hearing the choir, while annoying the priest in the altar. I was one of "those " alter boys with Rob, Dan and Gary. I remember Mrs. Badila teaching us the Romanian Christmas Carols at the age of about 10( Probably 1963). I still remember them as I sing them during the season at St. Mary's in Cleveland.
Another one of the Greatest Generation gone. We will never see such a generation again.

Dear Bob and family,
On behalf of the WHS class of 1971, please accept our heartfelt and sincerest condolences for the loss of your mother. The article in the Vindy was a wonderful tribute to her. Bob, if you are in town this coming Tuesday, Jan. 19, a small group of us will be gathering for dinner at Carmella's Cafe on Western Reserve Road at 6 pm and we would be delighted if you and your family would join us. To my Buni - I am very sad that you are no longer here with us in this life. I know you are among the angels watching down with Papa and your daughter (my Mom) Cynthia. Such a long full life at 93, saw a lot of the world and filled it with music. I cherish all the times as a little kid, holidays in Youngstown, us cousins chasing around the Beauty and Barber shop, singing songs while you played the organ in the house, picking blackberries & raspberries in the back yard, making pizzelle cookies and clatite. "All my love to you, xoxo" as you would sign notes and special birthday cards to me, your granddaughter - Jennifer
